How to book
Please send us an inquiry regarding the availability and the price using the contact form, e-mail or phone. After you confirm our offer on the desired date and the apartment, we provide you with data for the advance payment (about 30% of total price). After the payment is processed we will send you a booking confirmation (voucher).
Prices
We are aware that the price information is a very important factor in the choice of your holiday. However, the prices of our apartments vary depending on the dates, number of people and (last but not least) the ongoing special offers and additional discounts. With the aim to make the price calculation as simple as possible, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us on your personal preference and we will send you a non-binding offer.
Besides already favorable prices we offer additional discounts for bookings:
- for a longer period (14 days or more)
- of several apartments at the same time
- in the low season

- Beach – 400m or 1500 m
- Shop, restaurant, bar – 1500 m
- Market, cultural attractions, restaurants, hospital, ATM, gas station - 10 km (Labin)
- Airport – 40 km (Pula)
- Rijeka city – 70 km
- Trieste city – 100 km
- Ljubljana city – 180 km
Arrivals and departures
Guests are asked to leave the apartment between 9am and 10am while arrivals are expected after 3pm. Depending on your preference, after prior agreement and in accordance with the possibilities, the arrival and departure times may be changed.
Terms and Conditions
Reservations are considered as confirmed after receipt of reservation.
Change in date of reservation is only possible with the prior agreement.
Refund for early departure is not possible. In special cases, you can count on our understanding and agreement .
It is forbidden to stay more people than agreed in the booking.
Pets are allowed only in case of prior agreement .
Guests must follow the house rules , particularly with regard to peace in the night between 22 and 8 o'clock.
