Beach​

You will be impressed by the beautiful sea that surrounds this part of Istria. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away along the forest path, just right for a good morning walk. Jadrina beach is a gorgeous part of the gravel coastline, turquoise green water and inaccessible to mass tourism.

Other beaches (pebble and concrete) in the nearby village Ravni are easily reachable by car, just 5 minutes away. There is also a large parking lot. When you feel like it you can fresh up in the beach bar Robi and just maybe come back in the evening for some good food and music.

Labin

Cultural and administrative center of the area, on the main road between Rijeka and Pula. Narrow streets with museums and galleries, baroque palaces, churches and a tower are only a part of the attractions Labin has to offer.

Once a prehistoric settlement, later Roman and Venetian fortress and then a mining town are the historical facts that make the city an interesting character which still reflects in its life today.

In the lower part of the city there's a central marketplace where you can get fresh fish from the nets of local fishermen. In the nearby hinterland, you can not miss a sculpture park Dubrova and villages of Plomin and Pićan.

City of Labin is just 10 minutes away by car.

Day trips

Local tourist agencies offer a myriad of options for day trips. So you can afford everything from "fish-picnic" on the local captain's old boat to the island of Cres, sailing, dolphin trips, trips to cities such as Pula, Rovinj or Rijeka, the famous Plitvice Lakes or islands of Brijuni.

Recreation and sports

Sports enthusiasts and nature lovers in general  will enjoy the countless trails and wide views offered by the surroundings. Hiking and biking trails are marked, however we will be happy to help you with the advice and suggestions based on my own experience.

The beach at the village Ravni is a popular surfers' spot due to the special Mistral wind that blows past the hill Skitača. These places are well known for diving tourism - diving center in the near village of Sveta Marina which is about 3 kilometres away.

In addition to these activities, you can enjoy organised excursions with the quads, horseback riding, extreme sports, etc.
